Terms & Conditions

• Platform: Harmony creator-commerce infrastructure.
• User: Any individual or entity, including Brands and Creators, accessing the Platform.
• Brand: Entity using the Platform to create, manage, or run influencer campaigns.
• Creator: Individual connecting social media accounts to participate in campaigns.

• Users must be at least 18 years of age or meet the minimum age requirement in their jurisdiction.
• Users must have full authority to enter into binding agreements.
• Users must provide accurate, complete, and updated information.

• Users must maintain confidentiality of account credentials.
• Activity under a user’s account is the sole responsibility of the account holder.
• Creators may connect social media accounts through OAuth authentication to allow Harmony to access authorized data.

Users agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and platform policies.
• Provide truthful, accurate information.
• Refrain from fraudulent, misleading, or harmful conduct.
• Avoid manipulating engagement metrics or participation data.

Brands may:

• Create campaigns and access Creator metrics for campaign management.
• Offer compensation according to agreed terms.

Brands must not:

• Misrepresent campaigns or compensation.
• Engage in discriminatory or unlawful practices.

Creators may:

• Participate in campaigns by connecting authorized social accounts.
• Provide content or metrics per campaign agreements.

Creators must not:

• Submit fraudulent data or use artificial engagement.
• Violate intellectual property or other legal rights.

Harmony monitors activity to prevent fraud, protect users, and ensure platform compliance. Suspicious accounts may be suspended or removed following review.

• Harmony retains all rights to Platform technology and content.
• Users retain ownership of their own content, granting Harmony a limited license for platform operations.

• Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of performance or outcome.
• Harmony’s liability is limited to direct damages up to the amount paid by the user in the prior 12 months.
• Harmony is not responsible for disputes between Brands and Creators.

• Harmony may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations.
• Users may delete accounts at any time; data will be deleted or anonymized as per the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Harmony Technologies Ltd. is registered.
