Data Deletion

You can delete your Harmony account and personal data at any time, or disconnect a linked social account without deleting your account. This page explains what happens and how to make a request.

1.What Gets Deleted

When you delete your Harmony account or disconnect a linked social account:

  • API access tokens are revoked.
  • Personal data is deleted from operational databases.
  • Historical campaign analytics are anonymized for reporting purposes.

Please note: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

2.Delete Your Account

If you can sign in to Harmony, you can delete your account yourself:

  • Sign in to Harmony and open Settings.
  • On the My Profile tab, scroll to the Danger Zone section.
  • Click Delete Account, type DELETE to confirm, and confirm the deletion.

3.Disconnect a Social Account

Creators can disconnect a linked social account without deleting their Harmony account. Harmony's access to that account is revoked and its data is removed as described above.

  • Sign in to Harmony and open Settings.
  • Go to the Connected Accounts tab.
  • Choose the account and click Disconnect.

You can also remove Harmony's access from the social platform itself, in that platform's app or security settings.

4.Request Deletion by Email

If you can't sign in, or want us to handle the request for you, email us from the address linked to your Harmony account and include “Data Deletion Request” in the subject line.
